The goal of the Association for Rural & Community Health Professional Coding (ArchProCoding) is to provide rural and community health professionals including clinical providers (eg. PA/NP/MD/DO/RN), facility management professionals, coders/billers, revenue cycle staff, and other financial reimbursement professionals with access to low-cost, high quality education related to medical documentation & healthcare business operations.

Our mission is to help you have a career and not just a job via professional certification and an investment in continuing education on Clinical Documentation, Professional Coding, and optimizing revenue through accurate Billing process.

Team based training is key!

  1. Clinical Documentation Creation - Do you document 100% of the services provided (i.e. CPT and HCPCS-II) and the reason they were provided (i.e. ICD-10-CM)?

  2. Professional Coding - Do your facility and patients have a 100% accurate understanding of the CPT/HCPCS-2/ICD-10-CM codes of regardless of whether the services are reimbursable or not?

  3. Proper Billing - Are you generating all of the revenue you are entitled to but no more than you are allowed under the unique billing rules of Rural and Community Health (e.g. FQHC) according to the guidelines of CMS, Medicaid, and various commercial insurers?

Professional credentials can grow your value and help you get a raise!  Your health care facility and patients can also benefit also by having a better understanding of what services were performed and why. By applying the knowledge you gain you can have a direct impact to help your facility stay financially sustainable, better track public health, and to help your patients understand their care!

We tailor our education to only the services provided in a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) and Community Health Center (i.e. FQHC)!  Other coding and billing educational credentials are helpful to a degree, but they likely teach you how to interpret medical records documentation dealing with surgical and procedural services that you will never use!

Why the association for rural & community Health Professional Coding (Archprocoding)?

We are the rural and community health community’s preferred education partner. ArchProCoding strives to sustain the profitability and viability of those serving America’s rural and urban patients by providing the nation’s only coding and billing credentials specific to what you do on a daily basis.

We strive to be a credible source of relevant knowledge, an educational partner and resource recommended by your state rural health and primary care organizations, and to build strong and effective working relationships between those who provide patient care & document into medical records and those who translate that medical data into revenue or track patient care.
